Mark Harris is a Melbourne-based Producer and 1st Assistant Director. In 2013, he completed the Bachelor of Media Studies at La Trobe University and undertook the Warner Brothers Producing and Directing program at the University of Southern California. He has worked in festival management for the Melbourne 48 Hour Film Project, the Human Rights Arts and Film Festival, and La Trobe University’s “Short Flicks”.
A video producer for board game review site Cardboard Vault and an independent filmmaker, he has produced projects such as Passage of Flick (2017 Gen Con Film Festival "Ovid Award", 2017 "Best Short Film" Joy House Film Festival), Broken Sleep (2017 Melbourne Underground Film Festival), and Girl In A Towel (2017 Peninsula Short Film Festival Finalist). In 2016, he was selected as one of the Australian International Documentary Conference ACCESS Mentees.
